Terms of Use

574269.xyz (“574269”, “we”) is a launch platform: makers list new products with a launch-day deal that steps down over time, and early adopters claim those deals. By using the site, creating an account, listing a product or posting a review, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

• You need an account to list a product, post a review or save deals. Claiming a deal doesn't need one.
• Use an email address you control, keep your sign-in secure, and don't create accounts to get around our rules.
• You must be at least 16.

Listing a product (makers)

• Listing is free. You may only list products you own or are authorized to represent.
• Honour your deal. Each tier must work for everyone who uses your Unlock Code during that tier, on the page you gave us, at the terms you described. Deals only step down on the published schedule; you may not make an active deal worse.
• Your listing must be accurate: no misleading claims, fake prices, or regular prices you don't actually charge.
• We review every listing before it goes live and may approve it, ask for changes or decline it. We don't list illegal, adult, gambling, get-rich-quick or malware products, or anything unsafe.
• You keep ownership of your content. You give 574269 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, resize and show it on 574269 and in our announcements about your launch, for as long as it is listed and a reasonable time after.
• Your Unlock Code is reserved for your product while it is listed. Codes aren't property and can't be sold or transferred; a declined or removed listing frees its code.
• Never offer anything in exchange for reviews, ratings or reports, and don't review your own product. Doing so can get the listing removed.

Reports and paused listings

Anyone can report a listing or review. When several signed-in users report the same listing, it pauses automatically until we check it; reviews are hidden the same way. We may also pause or remove a listing, review or account that breaks these terms. If the problem is fixed, we can restore it.

Claiming deals and reviews

• Deals are offered and fulfilled by the makers, not by 574269. Your purchase is between you and the maker, on their terms. We check that each deal works before listing it, but we can't guarantee a maker's product, prices or support.
• Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. No spam, links-only posts, copied text, personal attacks or private information.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the site: no automated sign-ups, fake reports or votes, attempts to bypass our security checks, scraping that harms the service, or attempts to access data that isn't yours.

No warranty and liability

574269 is provided “as is”. Launch schedules, placement on the homepage stage and features may change. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the products, deals or conduct of makers listed on 574269.

Changes and contact
